Info from 1000Dances site: This is a partial show recorded for french TV (‘Chorus’). Only ‘Sanctuary’ songs (except ‘Where Did Our Love Go’) and too many close-ups on Peter Wolf make this video less interesting than the ‘Rockpalast’ one. Anyway, nice stuff to have, even if my copy of the tape is quite poor. As Peter Wolf still got a beard, this show was recorded in the beginning of the USA tour, before the european one.

A longer version on this show appeared in early 2005. This is a dubbing of an high generation or a very old tape. The quality is really average with many drop-outs but ‘Jus’ Can’t Stop Me’ is included and ‘I Could Hurt You’ and ‘Where Did Our Love Go’ are complete. Looking at the end credits, it seems this show was aired on american TV.

For all you trivia buffs out there, Tony Morgano ran the siren at the start and in the middle of Sanctuary. If you look close, you’ll notice the gold records for Sanctuary leaning up against the drum stage near the end of the tape. EMI presented them to the band during this set.
There’s no way this was thirty years ago. I remember it like it was yesterday.
