I was disappointed J. Geils did not tour with his band this time around, he doesn`t want to play rock anymore. He`s in to blues and jazz. Peter Wolf and Seth Justman wrote most of the songs, Steven Jo is 70. They were Great at the NYS Fair and in Buffalo. I would Still see every show if I could, this may be it for the band, so go see them anyway, you will be Glad you went!!!

Seriously, the business side of the music industry sucks.
I cannot imagine, after all that has gone on with this band over the years, that J. Geils is not touring.
C’mon.
I’ve seen this band 16 times live, and I’m skipping this one in protest.

How can it be the J. Geils Band without J. Geils??? Haven’t been happy that Steven Jo hasn’t toured with them for years, not so sure I want to see them without the band’s namesake.
